PA (Modular Design, Top performance)
A beautiful sounding system, modular in design, made for the most demanding live concerts but compact enough to play the role in small conference environments.  Includes setup/teardown and test confirmation. Includes guaranteed hold. Full service on-site techs available.

Packages

Basic – $95
•  2x 12″ compact, full-range QSC speakers on 2x speaker stands.
• 1 vocal mic, 1 boom mic stand. Input for 1 laptop, iPod, etc. Audio cables. (In some cases for very small audiences even 1 speaker could work – $75)
+ Add 8 channel mixer with full range EQ for better control – $35
+ Wireless lapel mic – $30 each
+ Wireless handhelds – $25 each
+ Additional regular wired mics with stands & cables – $20 each

Essentials – $160
•  Everything in “Basic” package including all additional add-ons.

Advanced – $270
•  Everything in “Essentials” but includes advanced mixing system with MacBook Pro and 20 inputs for additional advanced mixing requirements. This can also function for single or duo musical acts, background music and help provide some of the equipment to run more advanced Video. This will require our techs to setup and depending on the complexity, it could be recommended to have a tech on duty during operation (additional cost).

Full – $380
•  Everything in “Mid” but includes 2x dual subwoofers for full range with significant impact for very large crowds (or substitute for 2x (4X total) full-range tops for better distribution of audio).  Includes 8 mics, 1 wireless handheld mic and lapel mic.
•  This PA is able to provide for a large full band performances among all other tasks up to 2,000 people (additional stage and remote items may be required for band use).
•  Add $65 for 2x matching tops (while keeping subwoofers) for better audio distribution in larger rooms or larger audiences.  These 2 extra speakers are usually used off to the side as satellite speaker or right next to the primary 2 near the stage.

Teleprompting
Reading cues for speakers and presenters.  Onstage with 20”-27” LCDs facing the speaker or on the back wall of an audience via projector if your presenter likes to move around a lot.

Skype (and other formats) conferencing calls.  Live broadcasting.
Imagine you’re at a conference but a key speaker can’t make it.  Or you hire a talent who is out of province to share some insight and conversation.  Conversely what if you have an audience that would love to see the event but can’t attend?

Display your “away” speaker or audience members on a 55-65” TV or large projector screen.  So long as we and your distance party can get reasonable internet connectivity, this works quite well.  This typically requires a quick test ahead to ensure all is working well. Webcasting to several dozen clients throughout Canada/Worldwide is possible too.  Prices vary but most cost is based on setup time with the tech. Often if it’s a simple setup, a tech is already working and already using needed equipment for other operations, it can literally be free of charge!
